IT4Kids receives donation from Experts Live

Experts Live Netherlands believes in the power of community. At their most recent event, all proceeds from merchandise sales went to charity, with a portion donated to IT4Kids. The €5,000 donation was presented at the IT4Kids office in Amsterdam by Brenda Kager and Maarten Goet on behalf of Experts Live, alongside Colette Zee from IT4Kids.

For thousands of children in the Netherlands, joining a sports club is not a given. Financial barriers or physical challenges often keep them sidelined. IT4Kids aims to change this by collecting decommissioned hardware from companies and converting its value into sports opportunities for children. We are proud to be among the selected organizations this year. This donation will help us provide even more vulnerable children across the Netherlands with equal opportunities to participate in sports. IT4Kids believes that sports not only strengthen children physically but also help develop social skills, self-confidence, and teamwork. Thanks to this donation, IT4Kids can support 50 children in pursuing these opportunities.

Being chosen as one of these causes is fantastic. Thanks to their support, 50 disadvantaged children in the Netherlands — growing up in poverty or with physical challenges — will gain structural access to sports, full of fun, personal growth, and the development of skills for life.”
